Meredith Wodrich

Meredith uses the creation of and interactions with art, sound, meditation, nature, animals and movement to invite you to explore your relationship with your spiritual self, your connections with others, your fears about loss, death and change.

 

​Meredith describes her work as raw, unrefined, whimsical, symbolic.

Her work invites the viewer to dream into its possible meaning and also to dream into their own remembrances.

Bio

Meredith Wodrich was born, raised and lives in the upper Midwest. She received her BA in Art Therapy at Mt. Mary University and her MS in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University-Mankato.

Meredith retired after a 30 year career as a clinical leader in behavioral healthcare. She has facilitated over 10,000 groups of various kinds, including addiction/mental health, art therapy, outdoor adventure, adventure learning with horses

and meditations in nature.

 

She now coaches parents of neurodivergent children and offers art integration services for people encountering reality transforming experiences.

Mission

My mission is to create accessible, meaningful and safe creative spaces where individuals and communities can translate life-transforming experiences into embodied understanding. Through art, ritual, and nature-based practices, I support people in integrating profound change, reconnecting with themselves, others and nature, expressing the wisdom of their lived experience in ways that nurture personal healing and collective growth.

Vision

My vision is that my work will be part of the unleashing of creative life affirming self expression on the planet, promoting multidimensional and interpersonal connection, planetary growth and the evolution of human consciousness.
